Ibo Dhow Safari
is located in the Qurimbas South area of Cabo Delgado in the Northeast region of Mozambique.

This is an exciting multiple night adventure which includes sailing, snorkelling, diving and exploring the thirty two stunning uninhabited tropical islands of this wonderful coastline, camping on remote beaches along the way.

You can even do some or all of the journey by sea kayak if you wish, with the dhow sailing along in support.

Arguably the ultimate marine experience along the whole of the Swahili Coast and well suited to outdoorsy guests who also appreciate being really well looked after by the superb staff.

Unfortunately due to the remoteness of the location and the very bespoke nature of these trips, they are rather pricey, although the costs do come down considerably for larger group sizes. However there are options to join a set departure group as well, which helps to bring the cost down for couples and smaller groups.

Usually visited in combination with the excellent Ibo Island Lodge, which serves as the base camp for these expeditions.
