Kisiwa House
previously known as Baghani House, is located in Stonetown on the west coast of Zanzibar Island off the Indian Ocean Coast of Tanzania.

It is a pleasantly modest boutique hotel is set in the heart of historic Stonetown. Set in a reasonably quiet alleyway and contained in an authentic restored building, it has a total of 11 comfortable rooms with reasonably high level of conventional comforts and a decent rooftop restaurant. There's lots to do here in town, including historic walks, shopping, restaurants, bars and various day trips.

The main potential downsides at Kisiwa House are that this is a chaotic and hectic town, with the potential for crime and it is easy to get lost. The hotel is slightly inauthentic, has the potential for variable levels of service and lots of stairs.
