Meno A Kwena Camp
is located in the Makgadikgadi Pans
area of central Botswana
It is a characterful small lodge which is beautifully situated alongside the Boteti River, providing access to the western side of Makgadikgadi National Park, a vast area of classic Kalahari scenery which can contain very rich wildlife during the Jun/Nov dry season when enormous herds of zebras descend on the area. The camp has an excellent hide for viewing animals down on the river.
The main potential downsides at Meno A Kwena Camp are the high prices, the elevated risk of flood failure, the fact that the camp is outside the reserve and close to human habitation, that safaris are subject to national park restrictions and the wildlife can be quite sparse during the Nov/May green season.UpsidesActivitiesDiningDownsidesSeasonsPricesTrips
