Okonjima Bush Camp
is located in the Otjiwarongo area in the Northcentral region of Namibia.

Set on reclaimed farmland, the substantial Okonjima Reserve is home to the Africat Foundation, a major animal rehabilitation project. Amongst other activities, guests are offered the opportunity to follow radio-collared cheetahs on foot, leopards and hyenas by vehicle. This particular lodge is the mid-priced option on the reserve.

The main potential downsides are that the lodge is in some respects rather simple, that the reserve does not feel particularly wild, the activities can be rather tame and the quality of the hosting, guiding, activities and guests can be a little variable.
