Sausage Tree Camp
is located in the Lower Zambezi area of southern Zambia.

In a beautiful riverside position deep inside the gorgeous Lower Zambezi National Park, this upmarket camp offers a really high quality safari experience. It is particularly well known for its competent hosting and top quality safari guiding. Unusually it also offers a private guided experience to all groups of guests, regardless of size, which really helps in tailoring the experience. An unusually wide range of very strong activities includes vehicle safaris, night vehicle safaris, walking safaris, motorboat safaris and canoe safaris. Highlights should include some intense lion and elephant action, as well as great chances of leopards.

The main potential downsides are the very high prices, the relative simplicity of the lodge build, the extremely high temperatures in Oct/Nov, the potential for weaker wildlife viewing during Apr/May and the fact that they offer fishing as an activity.
