is located near Natures Valley
in the Garden Route
area of the Western Cape
in South Africa
Nature's Valley is one of our favourite parts of the Cape coastline, somewhere we often look to build in trips, especially when we are trying to avoid the busy sections of the main Garden Route.
Set amongst the range of hills that separates the beaches of Nature's Valley and Keurbooms, this high quality lodge is centred on a beautiful main building which is glazed all round to take advantage of the pretty forest setting and contains rather chic lounge and dining areas, leading out onto decks, a decent swimming pool and a very nice spa facility. There is also an outdoor dining boma down the in the forest below. The lodge is personally hosted by owners Shannon Maclean and Sebastien Rombi.
Guest accommodation is three suite rooms, contained within a separate building known as Malabar Villa, which is connected to the main building my means of an elevated walkway through the forest. A further building, Tomba Villa, also contains three suite rooms, but can function independently of the main lodge, having its own lounge, dining area and swimming pool.
The main potential downside is that children under 12 are not permitted, although it may be possible to get around this rule, especially if you are a group of six to ten guests.SeasonsActivities
