region of South Africa

+ relatively cheap
Situated amidst mango and citrus estates 12km north of the Blyde River Canyon and with gorgeous views back towards the escarpment, this large farming estate offers reasonably elegant public areas and seven spacious guest rooms in a range of various shaped buildings. Extensive gardens lead down to the Blyde River and there is a decent sized swimming pool.
- proximity to the main road
- proximity to human habitation
Zuleika House is definitely one of the nicer places to stay in this area. It is a logical place to break the drive between the scenic route through the Blyde Canyon Upper area to the west and the wildlife lodges of Kruger
to the east.
Could be worth two or more nights if you are particularly interested in the activities in this area.
